The San José Community Alliance has been serving the San José community since 2003, when Friends of San José, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, public benefit corporation became the program sponsor for the San José Community Endowment.

Today, SJCA offers a renewed focus on developing the strength of the entire San José community through a range of innovative programs and services that build neighborhood capacity and pride and promote community engagement.
